Affordable In-Fill Housing

We created these affordable in-fill homes specifically for the City of Hamtramck. The homes consist of seven models in three styles (bungalow, cottage and colonial) and range in size from 994 square feet to 1400 square foot.

Macomb Town Center

As the Town Center Architect, we developed the Architectural Standards for both the residential and commercial buildings for this 640 acre Traditional Neighborhood Development in Macomb Township.

Downtown Development

We have completed master development plans and economic feasibility and adaptive reuse reports for various clients, communities and Downtown Development Authorities throughout the State of Michigan.

Facade Improvements

We have been involved in creating Downtown Design Guidelines and Building Standard since 1983, and continue to design and restore buildings and facades for a number of DDA Facade Improvement Programs.
